Broken vinyl window balance

Thanks for posting. The company that made your window balance is out of business, but I believe you can use our Series 795 as a replacement. I also think the metal channel is 28" long, but you should measure to confirm. If so, I recommend our S795-28 with a 28C stamp option. This stamp  option can support sashes weighing 18 through 23 pounds. It wouldn't be a bad idea to weigh your sash to confirm that this is also accurate.
