The plastic casing that holds the crank is all cracked. Is this replaceable?

Thanks for posting. I am afraid this is likely an operator type where the casing is not meant to be replaced. To be safe, can you show us the entire assembly, including the arm(s) that push and pull the window? A bird's eye view with the window open should suffice. We'll do our best to identify exactly what can work for you from there.

Here are somen other photos of the window open. The crank will open the window but no longer closes it without someone pushing from the outside.

Hello! It looks like you have the old GU operators. We replace these with the 39-316 and 39-316, though it takes a little handiwork, and a few extra components. The video below will show you exactly how this is done. I highly recommend watching it to get an idea of what will be involved.
