Broken Channel Balance ID

Hello,

Our bathroom window just broke and I'm looking for the part to fix it. Please see referenced photos uploaded. The window measure (approx) 22in x 46in. There appears to be a broken string. Please let me know if there is a replacement part and the basic install instruction.

Hey Edgar. It looks like your window needs new channel balances. We can help, but we just need clearer pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel. See the video below for removal and replacement details.

It appears you have either an S380-21 or S385-21, depending on the bottom nylon shoe depth. You'll need a stamp option of 2030.
