Broken window balance

It says 26 c on the part but none of the balances look similar. Don't know what one to order. Last picture is of balance that is still intact.

Hello there. We may be able to help, but I need more information. First, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Second, can you show us how the balance attaches to the top of the window jamb? Finally, can you give a clearer photo of whatever hook, shoe, or attachment is at the bottom of the balance? From there we'll do our best to ID what you need.
