Broken window balance

Hi, looking for a window balance - left side it that matters. It's a 30", pulley style, on ply gem windows( not absolutely sure about mfg).

Thanks for posting. This looks like it might be the S795-30 Channel Balance, with the 15-195B Open Cam T-Lock Shoe sold separately. However, I need to see how this channel balance attaches to the top of the window track. Does it use a screw clip, or is there a hook? If it's a hook, can you show me the hole in the track it attaches to? The hook version of this balance is not a stock item, but we should be able to help regardless. Send photos and we'll verify what you need from there.

I believe its a screw clip type. The cord attaches to a clip which is fastened in the channel by a screw.

Perfect, thanks. Then you are good to go with our S795-30, with a stamp option of 30B. The 15-195B Open Cam shoe is sold separately. It's a simple process of swapping it out with the shoe that comes by default with the Series 795. The video below shows how to do that. Let me know if you have any other questions!
