Broken window balance

Please help identify my window balances. They are stamped 28C
I believe I need the 2830 balances. Photos attached. Home built in 2006.

Hello,

I suspect that you need the S380-29 channel balance with a 2830 strength option but you'll need to confirm that the bottom fitting has a depth of 1" as shown below. If your measurements differ, just let us know and we can go from there. Thank you.
