Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a suitable replacement for your coil balance assembly but I'll need to see photos of the assembly removed to identify the right replacement. You'll also need to have them remove to compare any dimensions and to confirm the stamps/markings from the coil springs.

There might be a chance that we may need to recommend a different pivot bar, so it would help to see the compatible pivot bar removed as well.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

Thanks for the photos. Your coil balance pivot shoe looks like it can be replaced with the 15-177 coil balance shoe. To confirm this is the right fit, carefully compare the dimensions below.

Dimensions for 90-274
Dimensions for 90-274

This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance. Since there are no stamps/markings on the coil, you will need to obtain the exact weight of the sash to confirm the correct coil spring from that list of coils. You'll need to divide the sash weight by the total number of coils in the window (in this case 4). Unfortunately, the weight cannot be determined by the window size because that does not account for the weight of glass panes.

You'll likely also need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, the 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, the 15-145 Coil Barrel Support, and the 33-072 (used to secure the coil spring to the shoe).

As mentioned, it would be helpful to see a photo of the existing pivot bar. There is a good chance your pivot bar may not be compatible with the 15-177 shoe. I'll need to see a photo of your pivot bar to identify the most suitable replacement.

Sash weight is 10 lbs left side is intact and sash spring lock works . Is it best to replace both side spring at this time or just the broken side?

Thanks for confirming. Since the sash weighs 10lbs, you'll be able to use the S152-5; one coil on each side of the sash. Given that the hardware is different from the original hardware, I would suggest replacing both sides.
