Broken window coil

Question

Hello, I'm hoping to find a replacement for these window coils. I believe the coils have snapped, which is why I don't have any pictures of how the parts are installed before they were broken. The only markings on the parts are "7R". My window is approximately 13 pounds. I couldn't find parts that looked identical to these on your site, so any advice as to a replacement would be helpful.

Thanks for posting. I believe this is just an older version of our Series 140 Coil Balance system. A stamp of '7' would indicate you want the S140-7 7 lb system. Having one of these on each side of the sash would equal 14 lbs of overall support, which is close enough to your exact sash weight of 13 lbs. Let me know if you have further questions.
