Broken window coil balance

A home owner from Mebane, NC says:
Hello, I am looking for the window coil balance in the photos. The only information about the windows I can find is that of the Quality Control & Testing AAMA Certification Program,

Series: 3500, AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97,
H-R20-48x78
H-R35*-36x66.

And warranty information:

MI Windows & Doors 11153252.7
3500

I took the sash out of the casing and weighed it on my bathroom scale, and it is 22 lbs, but I'm not sure if this is what is meant by how much the window weighs. There is nothing written on the coil balance parts.

Thank you, Regina

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil springs, and see how the dimensions compare to your existing hardware.

For a 22-pound sash, I would recommend using an S190-640 and S190-540 on each side of the window. Thanks for posting!
