Broken window hinge left side window pella

Question

Went to open window and the bottom hinge seemed to have broken off from the window and frame. Looking for replacement part. These are pella windows installed over 30 years ago when my kitchen was remodeled. Looks like the bottom brace bracket from frame to bottom of the window measures 10inches. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your post! I believe you'll need the 39-352 RH 9-5/8" Hinge Arm Assembly to replace your Pella Hinges. The left handed version is the 39-351. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the replacement you need.
