LH 9-5/8" Hinge Arm Assembly, Pella

Looking for slide rollers (part name?) for Pella casement windows that are probably 30 years old. The windows are wood with a vinyl clad exterior. This part slides along with top and bottom window sash when you crank the window open. Any help is appreciated.

I need to replace the entire hardware on this old window. It opens on the left but the hinges are on the right (looking out the window). The handles keep getting stripped. I can only find a marking on the handle cover plate it says 4 LH; and then another under one of the arms that looks like a WL. ... (cont.)
