Broken window part

This piece to my window is broken. What replacement part do I need? I am not the original owner of the home, so I'm not of the series of window that is installed.

Hey there!

This part is called a pivot shoe. Yours is no longer available but there's good news! The 15-177 will work for you. You can reuse the old springs if they're in good condition.
