The sash balance I need is same design as your Series 850 Block and Tackle Rod Balance. Issue is your replacement units are not the same length 28 1/2 inches that I need. Do you carry anything that can be used to replace these?
No marking except for patent number on one of the plastic pieces 5.737.877

The Series 850 Crossbow balances are being phased out by the balance manufacturer. The Series 795 channel balances are now being suggested as the replacement. That said, you will go with S795-28 with a 28C option that holds a 18-23 pound sash weight. We placed some helpful media guides on this page for you to review.
