Broken window sash balance

Thanks for writing in. This part is called a pivot shoe. This looks like our 15-177. Now, if your window can't stay open, then the coil balances this pivot shoe attaches to may need to be replaced. The 15-177 is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Springs. Look for stamp codes on the coil balances that indicate what spring weights you need.
