I am sure we can help you with this. Before we start, we need to see photos showing both ends of the balance with whatever fittings are attached at either end.

Thanks for writing back to us. See our S795-27. Make sure that your balance attaches to top of the window track the same way our standard Series 795 does, via a screw. If it uses a hook instead, we need to see a picture of the hole in the window track where that hook attaches. Your balance's stamp option of 26-7 might translate to our stamp option of 27E, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 26 through 30 lbs. Get the exact weight of your window sash to be sure of this. Finally, ensure that your balance's T-Lock Shoe matches the shoe that comes with the Series 795 (our 15-195).
