Builder's first choice 27-4, 27-3

Question

I have some broken channel balances on Builder's First Choice windows.
The labels say 27-4 and 27-3 on them. One came from a 46" window and the other from a 35" window.
The top sash guides are also broken. I believe they are 5/8"
The actual thickness of the channel guides is a little less than 0.5."

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window balances remind me of the S378-28, S380-28, and S385-28 channel balances. To determine which of them is the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

For the stamps you'll need the 2730 (supports 13 to 19lbs) and 2740 (supports 19 to 26lbs). You may want to double check the sash weight to confirm the sashes fall between these ranges.

In regard to the top sash guide, I'll need to see a photo of the front and back of it to confirm its replacement match. It is important to see its details and the placement of the installation hole.
