I forgot to get a picture. I know my customer has Silverline 8500 windows from 1998. Can you let me know the correct bulb seal and wool pile to get for replacement?

Hey, Matt. I'm afraid I have no data on what hardware this door used. In order to help, we will need a photo of the original bubble seal's profile and we will need written dimensions for the wool pile.
