My hardware says 32 5 CMC 2
I am thinking this is the 385.....The measure of the bottom is slightly larger than an inch and we are 1/2" thick on the sash....
I had bought what I thought was the correct replacement from a company in Canada and now realize it was incorrect even though it fits...can you also help me if I need to order new guides? Should I also buy all new clips??
How fast can you ship to San Diego...

Hey, Leslie. I agree, that bottom shoe is definitely deeper than 1". I think our S385-33 is a great choice. We have these in stock so we can ship these out pretty quickly for you. It will depend on the delivery method you choose during checkout.
As for guides and clips, we should be able to supply those too but it would depend on what they are. "Guide" and "clip" are kind of general terms that can be used to describe a lot of different parts on a window. If you show me a photo of each one, I can tell you what they are and whether we can s \upply.

I don't see guides at the bottom
Of any of my windows. Is it possible they don't need or does every window have? Can someone call me???

Your first two pictures are of the take out clip. Yours is our 16-002, though keep in mind that we don't sell the white sleeve yours goes into. I'm afraid that's not made anymore so make sure to hold onto them.
Your third photo appears to just be the bottom nylon fitting of a balance still installed in the window. It looks normal to me.
