Thanks for reaching out to us! There are two different parts that could be affecting the function of your window: they window hinge and/or the window operator. May I please see a photo of the hardware in question?
Regarding the hinges, I'll also need to know the measurement for the track that installs to the window sill. To identify a replacement for the window operator, I'd need to see photo of the entire mechanism, especially the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging window sash.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have in the meantime.
I understand. However, I cannot accurately recommend a replacement based solely on this description or the window brand. Most of our hardware is not brand specific and can be used across multiple brands.
Are you able to provide photos of the hardware?
Thanks for providing the photos. Since your track sill measures 13", I suggest using the 36-049 2-Bar Hinge Set. While this is not an exact replacement, it should still work, despite the difference in the track measurement.
Keep in mind you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges and you may need to drill new installation holes (be careful not to drill into the glass pane). This set can be used for the left and right casement window.
The part that appears to be the most rusted is the casement window operator. This can be replaced with either the 39-253LB or the 39-438B; the opposite versions of both are tagged below. To determine which of these would be the right replacement for your hardware, you'll need to take note of the differences described in the video tutorial.
The compatible cover and handle kit is the 39-375 (the one used for the opposite handed operators is the 39-376). You'll find the other compatible accessories in the related items for each operator.
Hello,
I'm happy to recommend a handle; however, assuming you are looking for a casement lock, there are a few compatible with windows that use Truth brand hardware. I'd need to see a photo of the lock, removed from the window, to identify the correct replacement.
Feel free to reach out with any questions.
