hello,
I'm trying to fix a window in my home. I need a set of non-tilt 1/2 inch wide channel balances, but I'm not sure which model number will do the trick. My broken unit is 18 inches long and the only identifying marks are "1620 bsi cn"
My window has one of the metal clips to hook the units in, but a set of 2 new ones would help me.
Also the top of my window fastening clip broke off so I guess I need a couple parts.

Hi Sean. We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be custom made due to its unique configuration. Can you show us a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord that comes out of the balance's nylon shoe? We need to identify that cord to know exactly what we need to make up for you. As far as your window latch, see our 90-252 Latch Mechanism and 90-253 Latch Cover. Look them over and see what you think.

the mechanism still works but I will need a new latch cover
