Question

My balance has a code of 24-5 stamped on it. It measures 25 in long and 1/2 square profile. Which option would this correspond to in the Series 795 25 inch length?

Sounds like you have an older style balance. A stamp of 24-5 might correspond to our 25E, but you should weigh your sash on a scale to confirm. We have a chart on the S795-24 store page that tells you exactly how much weight each option supports. That way there's no need to guess.
