Hello,

Your photos show the 15-177 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Springs, along with the related support parts. Take a look and review the dimensions below to confirm it's a match. Thanks for posting!

I just need the coil cover. I have the pivot shoe and the coils. Please help!!

We do not carry an exact replacement for your original covers but the S152 coils use the 15-142 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 support barrel related on this page.
