Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We do not carry an exact replacement for your old-style operator but take a look at our 39-365 and 39-366 Single Arm Operators. Review the specifications to confirm if you'd be able to use them for your application. If so, you may also need a new track. I'd recommend something like our 39-512.

If you need new sash locks as well, we don't carry an exact match for those either due to their age but you could consider the 38-097 and 38-098. If you think that you could adapt the specifications to work for your repair, please note that you would need to replace the keepers with the 38-079 as well. Thanks for posting!
