Thanks for your post! This window balance can be replaced with either the S380-26 or the S385-26. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.

Since you have a 25 2 stamp, I believe you'll need the 2520 stamp option. It will support 9 to 15lbs.
