Caldwell 26" x 5/8" Side-Load Channel Balance - Stamp 25 3

Question

Hello,
I am trying to identify a replacement for a failed Caldwell side-load channel balance from a non-tilt aluminum window.
Measurements:

Manufacturer stamped: Caldwell
Stamp: 25 3 DO
Metal channel length: 26”
Channel width: approximately 5/8”
Non-tilt side-load window

The cord has broken and the balance has failed. I would like to replace both balances on the sash.

Entire balance
Stamp marking
Top guide/end fitting
Bottom guide/end fitting

Can you please identify the correct replacement balance and advise whether the existing top and bottom fittings should also be replaced?

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-26, S385-26, or S378-26 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
