Hello there. The metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on both ends, should be 28". While I agree that the top fitting is the 19-005, the bottom one also has wings, and therefore it is probably either the 15-005, which is used on the Series 380, or the 15-004, as seen on the Series 385. The difference between these two balance shoes is the depth, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the illustration below for reference. Measure the depth of your old balance shoe to confirm if you need either the S380-28 or S385-28. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2740.
