Hello. I am looking for two non-tilt channel balances.

26 inches long, 1/2 inch wide.

Has a stamp on part: 25 3 JO Caldwell

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Glenn. See either our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare with your old balance to see which is best. You will need a stamp option of 2530.

Hello.
The depth of the bottom nylon shoe is 1 3/32
I also need a sash guide thingy a jig. Pictures are enclosed.
Please let me know what I need to purchase.

Thanks for getting back to us with your additional information and photos. Since the depth of your bottom balance shoe measures 1-3/32" as you say, then you want to look into the S385-26 as a possible replacement. Just confirm that everything else matches up. As for your top sash guide, our 18-008H is worth considering. Look it over and let us know if you have any further questions.
