Marking 20 4 JJ CALDWELLOne side broke so I'm looking to replace both sides.

Pictures provided is the side that is not broken.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. We would just like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Sounds good! While you're at it, we'd also like you to measure and write out the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below.

With a 1" shoe depth, please see the S380-21 channel balance. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 21 inches long and you will need a 2040 stamp option. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
