Caldwell Window Channel Balances needed

Please let me know if you have these window channel balances. I need 4 of them for 2 windows. Please let me know if you need any other information.

We may be able to supply this balance, but before I recommend anything I will need to see the bottom nylon fitting. Your photos here only show the top, but the bottom is just as important.

Your stamp also indicates a sash weight of 37 pounds. Can you please verify that this is accurate?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the 37# looks correct. In case it helps, the window section that goes up and down measures 28 1/2" x 50 1/2". Please see additional pictures and let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you! That's a huge help.

So, we can supply this balance, but with a sash weight of 37 pounds this will have to be custom made. We don't have any standard option that can support that kind of weight. What you require is the 2575 option, which can carry 36 through 39 pounds.

As for the Series, I believe you have the Series 395. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. You should check to ensure that these match up; I think they will, but since this is a custom order it's a good idea to be certain.

What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for two balances made with this configuration. You can use that to add them to your cart.
