Thanks for contacting us! It appears the top fitting shown here is damaged so I'm not too sure what to suggest. Can you upload a photo of an undamaged version? I can identify what you have from there.

Its winged on the top and bottom

In that case, you'd want either the S380-21 or S385-21 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. I also recommend the 2050 strength option based on your stamp.
