My window balances need to be replaced. I need replacements for 2 single hung vinyl windows. So, I need a total of 4 balances.
The part is marked "25 4 HO Caldwell"
I supplied 4 photos that show key dimensions of the balance and its critical pieces. Could you please confirm what replacement part (i.e., complete balance replacement) I need and give me the cost so that I can order?

Hi Dale. Could you double-check the length of your metal channel? Be sure not to include the nylon attachments in this measurement. If the metal channel is 26" long, then see either our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. You will need a stamp option of 2540.
