Caldwell block & tackle balance replacement

I need to replace the Caldwell window balances on 5 windows. Two windows are '20 3 DK Caldwell', another two windows are '20 3 FK Caldwell' and I cannot read the numbers on the 3rd, but the channel measures 18" long (window is 20" H x 16" W) and has the same top and bottom as the 2 balances above. What are the replacement balances I need?

They all have the 'winged' top and bottoms, some of those wings are broken in the picture.

Perfect, thank you! I would wager you have either our S385-21 or S380-21, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your shoe to confirm the better match.

From your photos, I surmise that the metal balance channel is 26" long from the marking (25-5) on the channel. The bottom nylon balance shoe looks to be 1-3/32" in-depth, so you can use the S385-26. The spring weight will be 2550 for a sash weighing between 25-28 lbs. Thanks for posting!
