Caldwell channel block and tackle "23-5"

Question

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement for a Caldwell side load "block and tackle" window balance. It appears that the number "23-5" indicates the balance number (23) and the spring gauge number (5) indicating that it is designed for a 22-27 lb window, which seems right.

I have indicated the dimensions on the attached photo. The entire unit is about 25" long. I also need a replacement "stop clip" that allows removal of the window from the frame -- it broke off, not sure how to replace until I see the new one.

Any idea what replacement I would need?

Thanks for posting, Eric, and for the clear pictures and dimensions. They are a huge help. Please see our S385-24 channel balance. I would also recommend the 2350 option. As for the take-out clip, see our 16-002.
