I need to replace a set of Caldwell 25 4 26" window sashes. Having trouble finding the part in Boise. Please help.

Thanks for writing in. See our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2540.
