Cam locks from double hung sashes

Question

These are Thermolock windows installed in 1999.
Cam measures approximately 1-3/8"wide, 2-1/16" tall, 9/16" deep.

Will also need a spiral tensioner tool.

Can you confirm the width? It should be more like 1-1/4". You may want to remove it from the window to be sure your measurements are as exact as possible. If it is 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, then see our 15-046, which matches your dimensions.
