Can I get 4 of these with a hook at the top?

I have a Ryan home with what appear to be NVR manufactured windows, and the shoes for channel balances in 2 of the windows have broken. I ordered some 15-194 shoes, but they don't fit as the bottom of the channel balances look like they were squeezed. Can I order 4 of these balances with hooks at the top instead of a spot for a screw, then replace the shoe that comes on them with the 15-194 shoes that I have?

The current balances are marked as 28C.

I think I'll just be able to use the ones I already ordered (in a time crunch to get the house sold). I checked and it looks like the tops of the balance can be screwed to the window instead of using the hook. I already have the shoes, so I think I'm good! Thanks.
