The arm mechanism on the bottom has the # 30A72 RH. Then on the top is 20810

If you can please give us some information This house was built in 1989 if this helps

Hi Cheryl. See either our 39-031 and 39-032, or our 39-155 and 39-156. Go over the dimensions of both sets of operators and see if one matches the dimensions of your old hardware. Let me know what you find.
