Can you ID my casement window lock

A home owner from Tucson, Arizona says:
Marking on inside (non-exposed) of part: ruth 45428. It is white.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

When looking at your sash lock, I am reminded of our 38-097 and 38-098 sash locks. See if these two will work on your window. If you are also interested in replacing your keeper, our 38-079 would make a good fit.

A home owner from Tucson, Arizona says:
Paul, thank you. 38-097 is similar in design, but Truth 45428 is 2 3/4 vertical x 2 1/4 horizontal; the screw hole centers are 2 5/16 apart. Is there another lock with those exact dimensions?

Paul from SWISCO responded:

The only other option I could think of is our 38-144 non-handed sash lock. These can be used for either the left or right side. Take a look and see if this would work. If this is in fact a match, then you would need new keepers since the old ones won't work. Those parts are 38-276 and 38-277.
