Can you tell me the footprint of the 39-389?

A handy person from Connecticut says:
I am interested in the Swisco 39-389 for an out of production older Andersen 400 awning window operator. based on some of the feedback it looks like it might work, but the earlier posts say to potentially modify the sill - can you tell me if the footprint of the crank is around the size of the old one? Also - what would the lead-time be?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Looking over my old notes for the 400 series window, Andersen does say you will need to modify or make up an new sill cover for the newer operator. Your best bet would be to contact someone familiar with wood working to have them make it up for you. I would remove the older sill cover, install the new operator making sure it operates the window properly then test fit to see what changes you will need on the sill cover.
