Hi

I did order following windows parts replacement from you before

1. "S600-21 21" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance". It is the right size for me and I need order them again. Can you tell me what is the right part number now and web order url link? Also is there another one will work but will help to sliding up the window more easily than this one?

2.Pivot Shoe, 5/8" Thick 15-047, Is it still same part number? do you have web url link I can click and get this one?

However, are you saying that your old S600-21 balances didn't work? The only reason you would get a different balance would be if the original balance didn't function right.

If the spiral balance you purchased works fine, the window should already be easy to open. If the window is difficult to open, then it isn't working well and you should weigh the window sash to check the strength on the balance.

If the balance works properly, there is no "better" option.

Just weigh the sash and see which one is best. If it's more than 30 pounds, a blue tip will absolutely not work. If it's less than 30 pounds, a black tip will absolutely not work. Neither one is better in general. The best balance is the one that fits your sash weight.

so I got blue Color Tip last time which it say for "Sash Wight Range" 10-29 lb
if I order black Color Tip this time which is for 30-40 lb, will it help to lift windows up more easier than the blue one?
