Its a double coil balance but could not find a matching mechanism on the SWISCO website. I have attached picture of the broken and the assembled coil balance.
can you please provide an appropriate part number for the coil balance?
i also uploaded a picture of the sash pivot bar. Based on the shape, can you please provide the part numbers? I can verify the length and order accordingly.

Thanks for writing in! This coil balance assembly reminds me of the Series 140 Quick-Tilt balance. Yours are marked with an 11, so you'll need the S140-11 to replace yours.
These are compatible with the 26-398 and 26-405 pivot bars. Their specifications can be found on the website. Carefully compare them to confirm the right match.
