Cannot find window channel part

A quick learner from Grass Valley, CA says:

Hi,

This is a 1/2" window channel which is 27" long. I cannot find it on your website. If you are able to identify it, please let me know.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Thanks for posting, Jennifer. Take a look at our S395-27 channel balance, I think this looks like it'd be a good replacement option for you.

A quick learner from Grass Valley, CA says:
Hi Tom,

Thanks, that is the correct channel balance, and I will select the part that matches the stamp.

I also need to replace one of the top sash guides. The measurements are all correct, but there is an extra hole in the 18-008 replacement part. I'm assuming that is to make it a more universal part, correct? According to the measurments in your diagram the screws would line up. Here is mine (the one one on the other side broke).

Thanks,
Jennifer

Thanks for the additional information, Jennifer. Our 18-171 top sash guide should do the trick on a replacement. As for the S395-27 channel balance, go with the 2630 option.

A quick learner from Grass Valley, CA says:
Hello,

I received the replacement parts today, and the top piece does not match with the other side. Is there a way to modify this so that it will catch on the metal holder inside the window frame?

Although our top balance guide doesn't include the extra "lip", it will work with the 16-002 take-out clip along with the 18-071 top sash guide.
