Can't Indentify Parts Needed

Question

Hi,
I need your help in trying to figure out what replacement parts I need for my double hung window. They are the parts that connect to the slide coil on each side of the window and frame. I need the part that attaches to the window and the part it connects to on the frame. On both sides. I've attached pictures that I hope you can see. The picture of the window is the bottom side, I just flipped it for easier picture to take.

Thanks for posting, Rick. It looks like the cam is stuck on the pivot bar. The balance system might be our Series 795 but I can't confirm. Look it over and see how well it compares. You would need to remove the pivot bar to choose a replacement; the 26-021 is a popular choice used with this balance Series. If it does not match up, show us a few pictures of it out of the window and we'd be happy to find a match!
