Can't close the window

Hi, I can use the crank to open the window, but it doesn't close it.

See our 39-031 and 39-092, or our 39-155 and 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm, so compare both with your old hardware to see which matches best. In either case, for a new cover and handle see the 39-107 and 39-114L.
