Can't identify Sliding door lock

Cannot find any marking on this locking mechanism except "Pat Pend" stamped on the lower outside corner. Only one hook of the double hook mechanism works correctly. Spring and arm are broken on the lower clasp. I pulled lower clasp out manually for this photo. Hardware was included with builder grade door on new home build by MI Homes in summer 2015.
