Can't locate this exact pivot bar

Can't locate this exact pivot bar anywhere! I need several to replace bats that have completely broken off. Do you know part number, where I can purchase or if I can convert to a different bar utilizing the same shoe?

Believe it or not, I believe you can use our 26-040 pivot bar to replace what you're showing me here. I know it lacks that same dramatic offset, but it shouldn't matter too much once the window is installed.
