We can help with this. Your operator looks like it could be a match for the 39-031 or 39-155 depending on the length of the link arm. Have a look at the specifications below and see which one aligns with your old assembly.

We also sell the 39-107 cover separately.

Thank you for such a quick response! Exactly what I was looking for. I have the turn handles for my windows...they seem to be decent...would there ever be a need to replace them? The screw drive appears to be in good shape and I think the issue is on the arm operator (which I will be ordering from you).

You should be able to reuse the original handles as long as you can get the original operator spline out. These usually only need to be replaced if there is any damage to the inside of the handle that secures to the spline or the exterior where it can't be turned.

If you do want to go with new ones, take a look at 39-114L. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
