Caradco Casement Window Operator

Question

Need a replacement operator for a Caradco casement window. Standing inside the house and facing the window, the hinge is on the left. Overall dimensions of the casement window is 22 !/2" wide x 46" high. Exposed glass area is 17 7/8" wide x 41 78" high. Markings on the arms of the operator mechanism include "Entity Gard, Truth" on the long arm, "20755" on the short (3 3/4") straight arm and "R30842" on the curved arm. Two photos are attached. Can you advise me of the proper part number to order?
