It is the right side casement window. So I need a "right" crank operator
Inner mechanism probably stripped. Cannot turn crank to open the window.
The longest extension arm measures 8 inches. The smaller extension piece measures 3 3/4 inches.

Hello, Gary! It definitely sounds like the gears are stripped out. You'll need new operators.
Based on your photos and the information you've given us, I recommend our 39-155 and 39-156 Cardco brand operators. I would just carefully go over our dimensions to be sure everything matches the hardware you have now.
