Caradco Truth Series casement window opener

Quick Learner from North Andover, MA
The cylinder is not engaging so the crank doesn't open the window. The arms are working. The Caradco cover needs replacement too.

Hello there. Yes, when that worm gear pops out, it means the entire operator has broken down and should be replaced. I am confident we can help you, but we'll need to see the entire assembly, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view would be best. We'll do our best to help you from there.

Thanks. Here are two additional photos. Is that enough?

That's perfect, thanks. I think this is the 39-155 Operator. Just make sure the arm dimensions match what we show below. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.

Thanks for helping me. I ordered the suggested parts and we will see how they work. Cheers!
